Phonecalls and Online Consultations

Calls related to scheduling appointments; arranging meetings with the wider team; and sharing stories of achievements are , of course, at no expense. 

An additional option to face to face therapy, is to have phone or teleconferencing (eg Skype/ FaceTime) in order to share updates of the progress of trials and any questions regarding modifications to or use of equipment . This service will be charged at the standard hourly rate of $120, according to time taken .

Please note: Phone and Skype consultations are only available for current clients.

Payment Terms

Payment by cash or bank transfer is accepted.  An invoice will be emailed to you following the initial session and monthly thereafter. Fees are to be paid within 7 working days of invoice issued. All fees are charged in NZ dollars. All fees listed are exclusive of GST.

We reserve the right to charge a late fee and cease treatment if outstanding payments remain unpaid.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that a cancellation within 24 hours of the booked session time will incur a 50% fee charge.
